The former parkland property with its stunningly beautiful old trees and a romantic stream generates the timeless architectural language. Secluded from the outside, the building faces the south-west, and large window areas dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the surrounding landscape, resulting in generously sized, offset terraces with a maximum of intimacy for the residents. The building is closed on the street side and has a large-format, two-storey-high studio window that is the character-defining element of the exclusive complex.

Every apartment has its own completely private open-air space. Roof terraces, a patio and generous balconies all give access to open sky. Bright, airy rooms ensure optimal lighting at all times of the year with a ceiling height of up to 2.90 m and offer elegant lightness. The interior and the exterior merge threshold-free into a single unit. Terraces and outdoor areas are mainly on the south and west sides. The concept provides ample views without the fear of exposure to outside eyes – privacy is guaranteed.
