The apartments, office and business premises in the centre of the old city and in one of the most bustling parts of Munich captivate not only due to their close proximity to the Viktualienmarkt, the English Garden or the renaturalised Isar valley. Embedded in 6000 square metres of greenery, they also partly offer views across the roofs of Munich as far as the Alps. A 24-hour concierge service and a private wellness area are just some of the features that new occupants can call their own. Despite all this exclusiveness, The Seven preserves the memory of the original industrial use of the area by keeping the former machine tower even after rebuilding. But not just its history, its height of 56 metres too makes this object unique: the tower will be the highest residential building in the city centre.
A unique loft has been created in one of the upper floors, approx. 400 m2 large. The individual zones of the loft melt into one another without separating walls. The simple elegance of the installations and the colour selection consisting of muted shades and colour accents corresponds with the fantastic view of the Alps.
