Genuine loft areas in Munich are hard to come by. And if they are situated centrally in the old city between the River Isar and the city centre, they just have to be snapped up. Tailored to the needs and desires of the clients, a living environment and a retreat have been created over two storeys. One storey is devoted entirely to privacy – sleeping and wellness, combined with a dressing area, a private study, etc. The upper storey, on the other hand, is completely devoted to lifestyle – just an open kitchen block and am enormous sofa landscape fill the generous open space. The house’s library is integrated in the remaining wall surfaces between the large lattice windows. The window ledges tempt one to rummage through the well-sorted collection or just to dream with the fantastic view across the roofs of Lehel.
