The new development of Prannerstrasse 4 harmonises elegantly and modestly with its noble environs. Flanked by magnificent listed façades, the ensemble between Prannerstrasse and Salvatorstrasse, designed by Diener & Diener Architekten, will in every respect be premium office and retail space to meet the highest demands. The luxurious interior design is being planned by Landau + Kindelbacher and is superior from the underground garage to the handbasin, in a mixture of finery and modernity, technology and handicraft.
Initially, the characterising theme is that of the “open hand”, which can be sensed as a gentle, inviting gesture through the design and choice of materials. Lightly curving shapes, referring subtly via the joint patterns in the floors and ceilings, correspond with the noble wall covering. Subtle effects – such as the reflection of the walls and the lighting concept with flowing guidelines – underscore the character. The materiality is characterised by attractive surfaces, derived predominantly from the region, which get their particular appeal from handcrafted workmanship and modern technologies.
