Villa Apollon is situated in a picturesque hillside location in the Domaine de Sinopolis with an unobstructed view over the Golfe de St.Tropez.

The unique view stretches from the old town of St.Tropez, over the harbour with the characteristic lighthouse and the yachts anchored in front of it, far across the Golfe de St.Tropez to St.Maxime and the mountains of the Massif de L'Esterel near Cannes.

The villa is named after the Greek god Apollo, the god of light and the arts.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, dining room, salon, kitchen-living room and pre-kitchen, a cave du vin, cinema, a 20m infinity pool, poolhouse with sauna and fitness centre, as well as underground parking. A large back-of-house area is planned for service.

The building concept picks up on the classic villa type of the Cote D'Azur.

Since the entire building site is a protected ensemble, the symmetrical plaster façade with its shutters and mullioned windows fits in with the typology of the surrounding buildings. The roof shape with the reddish monk and nun tiles and the formation of the roof edge are also reminiscent of the local architecture.

An outdoor kitchen with dining area, as well as a spacious terrace with sunbathing and lounge areas connect the villa with the large Mediterranean garden.
