Presentation of the City of Munich's façade award for our Villa Rhenania project

On Monday evening, the City of Munich's Façade Award 2023 was presented at City Hall. Together with our client Rohde & Schwarz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, we are delighted that our joint project Villa Rhenania at Friedensstraße 22 was honoured.

With the Façade Award, the City of Munich honours owners who preserve Munich's cityscape through exemplary renovation and design measures. In addition, the resource-conserving preservation of existing buildings and the grey energy they contain is an important factor in the fight against climate change.

The winning projects from the 2023 façade competition, which was organised by the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, are now on public display as part of an exhibition in the shop window area of the head extension on the ground floor of the Local Building Commission at Blumenstraße 19.
