Project development for a new villa settlement in Pullach (near Munich)

The high, cliff-like river bank on the west of the Isar offers wonderful views of the deep Isar valley and the foothills of the Alps. Between the Isar bank and the building development at Grosshesselohe and in the vicinity of a nature reserve, Landau + Kindelbacher have implemented the urban development of a villa settlement at Georg-Kalb-Straße on the parklike property. Of a total of five villas, two will be further developed and completed in 2022.
