Commissioned by the renowned international business law firm Hengeler Mueller for the development of around 10,000m² of office space in Düsseldorf's Trinkauss Karree

The project launch of the office and retail complex planned by David Chipperfield Architects in the middle of Düsseldorf's city center was in January 2023. Landau + Kindelbacher has now been commissioned by Hengeler Mueller for the interior fit-out of the office space.

Over the next few years, a landmark designed to the highest ESG standards will be built in Düsseldorf's prime city center location on the project site at Königsallee 21-23, at the corner of Trinkausstrasse and Heinrich-Heine-Allee, with modern office, retail and restaurant space - totaling more than 35,000 m2 of gross floor area (GFA) - as well as an underground garage with more than 200 parking spaces and 220 bicycle stands.
