One of the best properties in the Herzogpark in Munich will be the setting in 2015 for ten new luxury condominiums (190 m2 to 400 m2) with the latest technology and furnishings. Direct, undeveloped accessibility to the banks of the River Isar with its mature trees and the generously sized green spaces around the building development mark the special quality of the site. Modern and at the same time very classical, this new development fits in perfectly in the residential nature of the Herzogpark. The façade picks up the classical Munich house motif of the stucco façade, reinterpreted with fine details. The uniformly smooth surface of coloured plaster, in combination with the harmoniously coordinated façade openings, gives the building an austere, cubic shape.
Generously planned layouts with large reception halls, open structures for the representative public areas, plus large window surfaces, characterise the light-flooded atmosphere. The transition to the private green space is achieved over spacious terraces, while in the upper storeys atriums provide the connection to the private free space. High-quality, timeless materials and furnishing surfaces meet the demand for maximum quality.
