Business and Office Building in the "Golden Quarter", Tuchlauben Vienna

In the heart of the historical old city of Vienna, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the "GOLDEN QUARTER" – Vienna’s top address. Stylish, Viennese, exclusive and cosmopolitan, with contemporary architecture in the listed and heritage-protected ambience. In the upper floors of the historic buildings “Am Hof” and “Tuchlauben”, not only twelve penthouse dwellings and luxury labels but also exclusive office areas are being created.

In an invited competition, the representative design by landau + kindelbacher for the 15,000 m² retail and office areas in a top location won out against international rivals.
