The groundbreaking has taken place: between Herzogpark and Altbogenhausen, right by the River Isar and close to the English Garden, civil engineering works have now begun on Thomas-Mann-Allee.
In the green heart of Herzogpark, an ensemble is being created featuring individually customizable floor plans, ranging from 1- to 8-room units and offering living spaces from 45 to 440 m².
