Villa with a view, Rueschlikon / Switzerland

Unique architecture is being created on this generously-proportioned site – four exclusive owner-occupied apartments, in a modern but timeless, sophisticated design, and integrated seamlessly in their surroundings. The highest quality materials are being used for this unique project, and all requirements of the latest technology are being met. The full splendour of Lake Zürich can be seen from all units, a factor that is carefully being taken into account in the orientation and construction of the building.

One aim of the concept is being consistently pursued: living with light. Carefully matched room constellations convey exclusivity by means of size and openness. The floor plans offer different variations and permit striking housing concepts. The unspoilt view of the lake and the surrounding landscapes give the object its special character.
