Project Presentation: House by the Park

In a peaceful residential area, the cubic volume on a marginal site takes a position in a generously-sized greenery. Reduced in its design language and precise in detail, the house lives from the fluent transitions within the exterior and interior as well as the up to 4.50 meter opening width of the glazing towards the terrace. The modern, timeless architectural language is supported by the horizontally structured, restrained façade of dark, pigmented silver fir.
