For the new, representative chambers of the patent attorney’s company on Munich’s Leopoldstrasse, close to the Siegestor (triumphal arch) and the Akademie der Bildenden Künste (Academy of Fine Arts), the new interior was designed as a direct contrast to the existing, already renovated historical building of the magnificent palace. The visitor is greeted by a golden light sculpture in the entrance hall, and this continues through the interior with organically formed, highly polished aluminium furnishings. As a perfect match for the stucco ceiling, lighting designers have created cylindrical, glittering light clusters that nestle snugly at different heights with their differing diameters.
