The spatial concept of the marketing suite plays with inversions and projections of basic forms and geometries between floor and ceiling, creating a captivating spatial effect. It is characterized by strong contrasts between light and dark surfaces, while the material palette remains minimalistic. The layout is deliberately designed to open up various perspectives and provide insights into the property's development process.

The presentation of the different leasing concepts is structured like a gallery and can shift focus based on client needs. A highlight of the space is the “Construction Couture” installation – clothing and accessories made from recycled construction banners, referencing the construction site's character and emphasizing the idea of reuse. A changing room setup reminiscent of retail environments adds an experiential layer to the concept.
