The new HEAVEN business district is being developed on the former Bruckmann site and is scheduled for completion by 2028. This unique complex integrates two existing Wilhelminian-style buildings alongside new structures designed by Hilmer Sattler Architekten Ahlers Albrecht.

Together with Munich’s Third Mayor Verena Dietl, Bavarian Minister of Construction Christian Bernreiter, Munich’s City Planning Commissioner Prof. Dr. Univ. Florenz Elisabeth Merk, the City Councilor for Labor and Economic Affairs, Dr. Christian Scharpf, architect Rita Ahlers, and the CEO of Thüga AG, Dr. Constantin Alsheimer, the Rock Capital Group officially laid the cornerstone for the approximately 30,000 m² business district HEAVEN. This marks the start of the construction phase for one of Munich’s largest inner-city office projects, following five months of demolition work on the former Bruckmann site on Nymphenburger Straße.
