In the heart of Munich—surrounded by the city's most important cultural sites and museums—the Falckenberg Ensemble is emerging, a refined new cosmos of living, working, and enjoyment.

Through the construction of two mixed-use townhouses designed by Hild and K Architects, the family-run Munich real estate company WÖHR + BAUER enables an attractive development of the area, contributing an essential building block to the high-quality development of the inner-city area between Maximilianstraße and Tal.

The top two floors of the Falckenberg Ensemble are reserved for the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Munich. Landau and Kindelbacher have developed six interior concepts for distinctive living cultures.

The public areas were also designed by Landau + Kindelbacher, including not only the entrances to the residential and office areas but also the underground garage and corridors.
