Landau + Kindelbacher are among the top-tier design talent to receive an SBID Global Award for its entry Chalet B. in the Ultra-Luxury Residential Property category. Announced live at the SBID Awards Winner’s Ceremony on Friday 24 October at the Royal Lancaster London, the Global Category Winners are the highest scoring entries across the regions from both the Judges scores and the vital Public Vote.

Landau + Kindelbacher Architekten und Innenarchitekten offers a contemporary reinterpretation of classic Alpine building forms. A natural stone base supports a wooden structure that houses the family's living and recreational spaces. An open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the top floor offers stunning views over the town of Kitzbühel through large panoramic windows. The west-facing rooftop terrace is equipped with a cozy seating area, a fire bowl, and an outdoor kitchen, making it the perfect place to host guests.
