Redesign: Rooms with view of the mountains, Wallberg House, Hotel DAS TEGERNSEE

The conversion of the guest rooms of Wallberg House: this is the final component for the five buildings of the ensemble. From the design for the generously sized double rooms with loggia and a view over the lake, the concept for the room types with a view of the mountains and the hallways is being further developed. These cover a broad spectrum, not only spatially but also in design, between the various room types.

It is already 12 years since the rooms were designed by Landau + Kindelbacher, which is why this new activity, the adaptation to the latest requirements of hotel guests, is a special task for our office. As a supplement to the existing situation, the new rooms should be part of the ensemble but nevertheless retain their own design language.
