Park Residences Kitzbühel

This exclusive residence is arising in the midst of Tyrolean city life and yet deeply connected with nature in the idyllic mountains of Kitzbühel, with three living units: a garden flat, a terrace flat and a penthouse. Being centrally located next to the city park gives access to two worlds: Kitzbühel’s old town with its traditional church towers is nearby, as are the ski resorts and the world-famous Hahnenkamm Mountain.

The architectural style combines classic forms with the beauty of natural building materials. The inspiration of the surrounding mountains creates a continuum from the façade to the details of the interior design.
