Residential complex Sanderplatz, Munich

In the west of Munich along the small river Würm lies the tranquil district of Obermenzing, which is characterised by villas, beautiful detached houses and well-kept apartment buildings. The luxurious residential complex with five residential units on three levels and an underground garage is being built directly on Sanderplatz, a park-like green area. The orientation towards nature is the design-determining theme for the architecture.
