The classically designed residential complex with six units meets all the requirements of modern living. In its cubage and design, the building mediates modestly between the neighbouring green area with the Brunnbach river and the adjacent buildings, whose existing urban development typology is thus continued.

Generously sized terraces on the ground floor and loggias and surrounding roof terraces on the upper floors offer a smooth transition between interior and exterior. The old trees of the existing green park area convey peace and nature, while the side facing the street enables modern living close to the city.
