Villa Apollon

Villa Apollon is situated in a picturesque hillside location in the Domaine de Sinopolis with unobstructed views over the Golfe de St.Tropez.

The unique view extends from the old town of St.Tropez, over the harbour with the characteristic lighthouse and the yachts anchored in front of it, far across the Golfe de St.Tropez to St.Maxime and the mountains of the Massif de L'Esterel near Cannes.

The villa is named after the Greek god Apollo, the god of light and the arts.

The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, dining room, lounge, living room and kitchen, a cave du vin, a cinema, a 20m infinity pool, pool house with sauna and fitness centre, as well as an underground car park. A large back-of-house area is planned for the service.

The building concept is based on the classic villa type of the Cote D'Azur.

As the entire building site is under heritage protection, the symmetrical rendered façade with its folding shutters and lattice windows fits in with the typology of the surrounding buildings. The shape of the roof with its reddish monk and nun tiles and the design of the roof edge are also reminiscent of the local architecture.

An outdoor kitchen with dining area and a spacious terrace with sunbathing and lounge areas connect the villa with the large Mediterranean garden.
