The THOMAS-MANN-ALLEE is being built between Herzogpark and Altbogenhausen, right on the Isar and close to the English Garden.

The residential complex impresses with its architectural aesthetics, whose self-confidence is based on calm yet powerful lines. Clear forms are carefully combined in a new harmonious shape, so that a glamorous whole is created from many tasteful details.

The high-quality impression of the building envelope with its natural stone façade is emphasised by the prestigious entrance area inside. From there, residents are guided to the residential units with individually designed layouts. A sophisticated security concept rounds off the service.

Generous room heights of up to 3 metres create a feeling of freedom and space. The almost floor-to-ceiling doors reinforce this impression and lend every room a sublime atmosphere. Ceiling cooling systems installed in all flats ensure pleasant temperatures. Most of the flats also have a fireplace and lift landing. Energy is supplied by an environmentally friendly combination of wood pellets and a photovoltaic system.
