Residential House Kitzbühel

Set amidst the Kitzbühel Alps, this extraordinary residence combines sophisticated architecture with the highest level of living comfort. Generous window fronts open up spectacular views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kochau. Gently embedded into the slope, the house offers open, light-filled spaces on every level.

Inside the chalet, premium materials such as plastered walls, light linen fabrics, and natural stone and wood surfaces create a warm, elegant atmosphere rooted in the Alpine context. The façade, composed of Luserna gneiss and sun-weathered grey reclaimed wood, is contrasted with dark-stained wooden slats and black-coated metal elements, generating a distinctive design tension. A special architectural feature is the cross-gable roof with its continuous, refined detailing, whose overhangs are supported by striking transverse struts.
